Lee qualified as a legal executive in 1986, and has been a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) with the global association, Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), since 2012. Her key strengths are in the areas of property, trusts, tax, wealth management and estate planning, with a particular passion for resolving conflict of laws challenges that arise from cross-border interests. She has presented in respect of cross-border implications to the New Zealand Law Society (Elder Law Intensive), Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand (Trust Special Interest Group) and the Estate and Tax Planning Council. As a French speaker, she works extensively with clients and advisors in civil law jurisdictions.
