ANDREW FRANICEVIC, BCOM, LLB

Andrew practises commercial law with specialist expertise in company mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, business structures and finance. He has a particular interest in commercial leasing.

Andrew graduated from Auckland University in 1993 and joined the firm from the partnership of another Auckland CBD law firm.

Outside of law Andrew has a young family and enjoys a variety of sporting activities.
