Jane joined the team at Foley Hughes bringing a wealth of administration experience from her work in the Ministry of Justice, predominantly in the Family Court arena and various legal firms.

Sue is a recent addition to the Team joining with the merger of Spencer Legal into the practice.
DAVID SPENCER, LLB
David is a graduate of Auckland University commencing practice in 1972. Before joining Foley Hughes, he has been a sole practitioner for 25 years.

Briar Wilson is a qualified legal executive with over 10 years’ experience working at firms in both New Zealand and Australia.
SHIRALEE PAREKOWHAI, NZILE
Shiralee joined Foley Hughes in 2008 with a previous work history in finance and accounting. Shiralee is a registered legal executive and a member of the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives, having completed her Legal Executive Diploma in 2013.
DOUGALL KRAAYVANGER, LLB
Dougall Kraayvanger completed his legal training at Canterbury University and was admitted to the Bar in 1980. His formative years as a lawyer were spent at Chapman Tripp in Auckland and after a period of travel completed several temporary assignments in London as a conveyancing locum.
ANDREW FRANICEVIC, BCOM, LLB
Andrew practises commercial law with specialist expertise in company mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, business structures and finance. He has a particular interest in commercial leasing.
SIMON JONES BA, LLB
Simon Jones is a commercial property lawyer with over 20 years’ experience. Graduating from the University of Waikato in 1997 with a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Arts, Simon was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand later that year.
MICHAEL FOLEY, LLB
Michael Foley is a graduate of Victoria University, Wellington. Since establishing the firm in 1980 he has built up a highly respected practice specialising in all aspects of Property and Commercial Law. He also has a very broad sound knowledge of general practice and provides advice to private clients, who value receiving ongoing personal service.
