Michael Foley is a graduate of Victoria University, Wellington. Since establishing the firm in 1980 he has built up a highly respected practice specialising in all aspects of Property and Commercial Law. He also has a very broad sound knowledge of general practice and provides advice to private clients, who value receiving ongoing personal service.

Michael has expertise in all of the listed legal services that the firm provides and is sought out for his general knowledge in all of those areas. He heads the firm’s Trusts, Estates and Relationship Property division and has managed the firm’s Solicitors Nominee Company for over 30 years.

He is regularly consulted by and receives referrals from other practitioners because of his experience and also his recognised problem solving ability.
