Tim Grace is a commercial lawyer with over 15 years’ experience in New Zealand and overseas.

Tim provides strategic advice and guidance on all commercial matters, including negotiations, business acquisitions, capital raising, and corporate structuring. He is dedicated to supporting New Zealand businesses through their growth and legal challenges, adopting a pragmatic, fast, and client-focused approach.

Tim joined Foley Hughes in 2024 from a boutique commercial firm in Auckland.

Outside of work, Tim continues to play water polo at a high level, and enjoys spending time with his wife and three young boys.
